update of house

So we had our home inspection today. It went well! Just one more thing down in the long list of things to do.........but it makes it closer to being done!

We are currently under contract for a place! Pending an inspection, our "closing" date is Tuesday, October 13th, 2009.
We are excited! If nothing goes terribly wrong, we will have a house!

Well, the first offer didn't work out. :(
Time to go out looking again and hopefully put down some more offers.

We put in our first offer on a place. It's very exciting, but also very scary!

How many birthdays are too many? I definetly feel my age now...........27 is young? Not to me, I already have some of the things that my "older" family has. Bad ankles like my dad and bad knees like my grandma, aunt, and mom.
Oh well, that's life right?
