Thankful Day #22

Today I am thankful for the knowledge I have that I will see loved ones again that have passed on. I have been missing my grandpa a lot lately but I know he's on the other side doing work over there!

Thankful Days #20 and 21

20-  I am thankful for naps!

21- Thankful today for Linda (my mother in law) providing us with foods we can eat while we are sick with a 24hr (hopefully) flu!

Thankful Day #19

Today I am thankful that we got to the Stein Ericksen in one piece :-)  

Also thankful for a weekend away (even though the kids are with us) lol

I am thankful for rain today! I especially love the smell of rain!!

Thankful Day #17

I am thankful for sleep! We have all slept very well in this house the last 5 nights and I'm so happy with that. It makes me really appreciate those kind of nights because of the nights that Aidan wakes up screaming.

Thankful Day #16

Today I am thankful for our pediatrician. Dr Bosworth is very attentive, patient, and non-judgmental. Our kids seem to be very alike which is crazy. Aidan isn't speaking well still and will be going into speech therapy and so did our doctors son. Lucas has bad ezcema on his face and so did one of the doctors kids. The pediatrician that we first went to when Aidan was born we never liked. I am very happy with Dr Bosworth :)

Thankful Day #15

I am thankful for days that I can sleep in a little! These don't happen very often anymore, so I should be thankful when they do come around :)

Thankful Day #14

I am thankful for my nephews! Matthew and Kyler are such cute kids and I love being an aunt. I love even more that each of them are 2 months younger than my kids, I think that's just awesome!

Thankful Day #13

I am thankful for sweatshirts! The cold is coming (which I always hate and dread) and sweatshirts just make you nice and cozy. My favorite sweatshirt is still the one I bought at Cabelas the day I foolishly tried to drive home in a huge snow storm and got so wet coming back into the store. I had soaked what I was wearing and had to buy a sweatshirt to get me warm. (A girl I worked with also tried the same thing as me and bought the same sweatshirt too. I ended up staying at Cabelas about 5 or 6 hours after my shift ended, waiting out the storm)

Thankful Day #12

I am thankful for my double stroller! I got it off a yard sale group on Facebook for $20.

It's a baby trend sit'n'stand stroller and now I can go walking (if it's good enough weather) with both my boys in tow comfortably. I am going to miss using it in the winter :(

Thankful Day #11

I am grateful for the house we have. It's not that great and needs a lot of work (result of being a rental for so long) but it's home :)

Thankful Day #10

I am thankful for the church in my life! I am truly happier with it than I was without. I am grateful that we worked to get to the temple to seal our family for eternity. I loved being in the nursery and am excited for my adventure in Activity Days.

Thankful Day #9

I am thankful for my sisters and brothers! Each of them are unique and different in a lot of ways, I wouldn't change a thing about anyone of them! I am glad we get along well (of course there are fights, but who doesn't fight with their siblings?) I love them all!

Thankful Day #8

I, like so many, am thankful today for Veterans and those currently serving in the military. I love living in a country where we enjoy many freedoms!

Thankful Day #7

I am thankful that I get to be a stay at home mom to my kids! It was so hard for me to go back to work after I had aidan, but it was necessary back then. We are at a place right now that I can be home with both my boys now and I love it!

I am also thankful for Josh's parents. Not only did they raise an awesome kid that I married, but they have done so much for us with our family! Linda watched Aidan 3 days a week back while I was working and that was such a big help!

Thankful Day #5

I am thankful for my parents! They have stood by me through the good times and the bad. I am especially grateful for them for sticking with me through the bad, never giving up on me, and loving me through it all. I hope I can be as good as a parent as they have been to me.

I am thankful that we were able to go to the temple and be sealed as an eternal family this past July!

Thankful Day #3

I am thankful for my second son (3 and a half months), Lucas! He is such a sweet baby and he brings joy to this family everyday also. Sometimes I wish that we had waited a little while longer to have another baby, but I wouldn't trade when it did happen for anything!

 Thankful Day #2

I am thankful for my 3 year old, Aidan! I love nothing more than being a mother and this guy made me one for the first time. He brings so much joy to us on a daily basis! He is spunky and strong-willed. I will love him forever and always!

Thankful Day #1 

(I'm late in starting this, but thought I'd just go from here.)

I am so thankful for this wonderful man that I married! We have been married for a little over 6 years and they have been some of the happiest years of my life :)

I can't imagine spending my life (or eternity) with anyone else. I have so much respect for him and the way he loves me.
