we made an offer!

We put in our first offer on a place. It's very exciting, but also very scary!
We will see how it goes and then I will post more.

    Andy says he thinks you'll get the place... pretty sure, based on your offer. I guess we'll see!

    Yay! Hope you get it! WE're now 3 1/2 weeks out from our offer and getting very upset with the bank, don't they care that if they don't accept our offer it hardly gives us ANY time to make another offer, wait for a response AND get through escrow before the December 1st $8,000 refund deadline? Ugh! Wish us both luck without strangling any bank employees!
