2 weeks!

I can't believe it's already been 2 weeks since Lucas came into our lives! He is an amazing little guy and we are so blessed to have him in our family!

He had his 2 week check up yesterday and the doctor says he's doing really well! Lucas is such a strong little guy. The doctor put him on his stomach to check how he lifts his head and Lucas was lifting his head AND turning it side to side. The doctor said they aren't supposed to be able to do that for another month or so! The doctor agreed that he is strong! He is in the 50th percentile for height, weight and length. He is currently 8 lbs 13 oz and 20.5 inches long. (He was measured 21 inches at birth, but the pediatrician said that they probably "over stretched" him at the hospital).
